We are a family run business with over twelve years in the central heating industry and we will get the right engineer to you for the problem you are experiencing or service you require.
 
Our engineers that visit for work on gas appliances are  Gas Safe Registered which is now a legal requirement.

No fix no fee.
 
If we are unable to repair your boiler, no charge will be made for the engineer visit and a free no oblgation quote for a boiler replacement will be made.
 
We install and repair all makes and models of boilers and we specialise in the installation, repair and servicing of all vaillant,  Potterton  and Baxi boilers. 
vaillant offer a free 5 year warranty with all eco tec plus and 3 years with eco tec pro boilers when installes by us.
You will receive an extended warranty on parts and labour from Potterton from 1 year to 2 years when your boiler is installed by us, giving you an extra peace of mind. The warranty is supported by heat team, a leading engineering service group.

 For emergencies we will give you a 1 hr time slot for when we will arrive.

 

For planned maintenance a 1 to 2 hr time slot will be given, you will not  just be given a 9 till 5 time slot.
